Client work

See the work by its stage and purpose.

Two assignments show the work at different stages: a current public-data aggregation engagement and a development study for private reporting. Each is described according to what it is meant to accomplish and what has actually been built.

Work in view

Two different assignments. One disciplined approach to the record.

Each engagement starts by naming the decision, the source material, and the form in which the answer needs to be used. The technology follows from there.

Current work

Safe IRA Investments

A multi-county public property and auction information workflow intended to make scattered source material easier to gather, compare, and review.

The assignment

County property and auction information is published through separate public sources with different formats, labels, update practices, and gaps. Rosette Solutions is organizing that material into a working process that preserves the source trail while giving the client a combined review view.

Work being delivered

  • County source mapping and collection structure
  • Field normalization across differing public records
  • Source-specific tabs and a combined review workbook
  • Known-gap notes and repeatable review checkpoints

Development study

Strategic Financial Integration

Public-site direction and a private reporting experience explored through architecture work and a representative-data prototype.

The assignment

The study separates two related needs: a public website that explains the business clearly, and a private environment that can organize reporting for client and operating use. The prototype tests how those parts might connect without treating public presentation and private records as the same system.

Study material

  • Public-site direction and information structure
  • Private reporting experience and access concept
  • Representative-data interface prototype
  • Architecture notes for later production decisions

The SFI CFO prototype uses representative data and remains a development study. It should not be read as a production deployment, a claim of financial performance, or a description of live client information. Safe IRA Investments is identified as current work; no result or performance metric is claimed here.

From source to working view

A useful route should be visible.

Clients should be able to trace the work from the original question through the source material, the chosen definitions, and the final way the answer is used. That route matters as much as the finished screen.

A related need

Your project does not need to resemble either example.

The relevant similarity may be much smaller: information spread across systems, a website that cannot explain or measure its inquiry path, a recurring report assembled by hand, or a specialized workflow with no suitable off-the-shelf tool.

Begin with the part that is costing time, money, or confidence.

A focused diagnostic can stop at findings and recommendations. If a build is needed, the work can continue into reporting, research, a measured website, or a custom operating tool.

Scope, access, ownership, acceptance criteria, and continued support are settled before production work begins.
