Website terms
These terms cover use of this website and its inquiry form. A client engagement begins only through a separate proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement accepted by Kasotsuka LLC d/b/a Rosette Solutions and the client.
Website information
The site describes Rosette Solutions, possible services, example packages, current work, and development studies. It is general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, real-estate, or financial advice.
Rosette Solutions may revise the site, package descriptions, availability, or listed starting prices without notice. A page may also contain an error or become out of date. The final written proposal controls the work actually offered.
An inquiry is not an engagement
Submitting the form, receiving a reply, discussing an idea, or sharing preliminary material does not create a client relationship, an obligation to accept work, or a promise that a project is feasible. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, regulated records, production credentials, or other sensitive material through the general inquiry form.
Confidentiality, data handling, access, ownership, and security requirements must be addressed in writing before sensitive project material is provided.
The signed agreement controls
Project scope, deliverables, review periods, acceptance criteria, schedule, access, fees, payment timing, support, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, and cancellation terms are set in the accepted proposal or signed agreement. If this website conflicts with that document, the accepted document controls.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change, a different schedule, and an added fee. Rosette Solutions will not treat an informal conversation as approval for materially different work.
Client responsibilities
Many projects depend on timely access, accurate source information, a person authorized to make decisions, and review within an agreed period. A client is responsible for having the right to provide the data, content, accounts, trademarks, and other material used in the project.
Delays, incomplete access, changing definitions, unavailable services, or inaccurate source material can change the schedule and what can be concluded.
No promise of a business result
Analytics, reporting, research, websites, and custom systems can improve how information is seen and used. They do not guarantee revenue, savings, financing, search ranking, lead volume, transaction volume, investment performance, or any other commercial result.
A forecast or recommendation depends on the available history, source quality, definitions, assumptions, and events outside Rosette Solutions' control. Known limits should be read with the work rather than separated from it.
Third-party services and fees
A project may use hosting, domain registration, business email, software licenses, commercial data, payment processing, electronic signatures, or other outside services. Unless the written scope says otherwise, third-party fees are separate from Rosette Solutions' fee and the provider's own terms apply.
Rosette Solutions may recommend or configure a provider, but cannot promise that the provider will remain available, keep the same price, preserve every feature, or operate without interruption.
Payment
Public package prices are starting points tied to the assumptions shown on the package page. A final price is set by the accepted scope. After the required paperwork is complete, Rosette Solutions may send a private Stripe invoice or payment link for a deposit, project fee, or monthly service.
The website does not take card details directly. Payment timing, refunds, late amounts, taxes, and cancellation are governed by the invoice and signed agreement.
Site content and acceptable use
The Rosette Solutions name, logo, site design, original writing, and original visual elements may not be copied, resold, impersonated, or used to suggest an endorsement without permission. Artworks credited to museums, artists, collections, or outside sources remain subject to the rights and terms identified by those sources.
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape for abusive purposes, submit unlawful material, send spam, or attempt to bypass the site's security or anti-spam controls.
Availability and responsibility
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Rosette Solutions does not warrant that every page, link, form, or outside service will remain uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rosette Solutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on public website content or by an unavailable third-party service.
Limits that apply to paid client work are stated in the signed agreement, not set by this paragraph.
Changes and questions
These terms may change as the website and services change. The date above will be updated when revised terms are published, and the version posted here will be the current website version.
For a question about these terms, use the website inquiry form and identify the message as a terms question.
