Information you choose to send

The inquiry form requires a first name and email address. A last name and phone number are optional. You may also select a package or starting point, choose possible additions, and describe what is happening in the business.

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. If that field is completed by an automated submission, the site may discard the inquiry without delivery.

How inquiry information is used

Rosette Solutions uses inquiry information to read and respond to your request, prepare for a conversation, suggest a suitable scope, maintain business correspondence, and protect the form from misuse. An inquiry does not create a client relationship.

Rosette Solutions does not sell inquiry information. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

Form delivery and other service providers

The website currently sends inquiry data through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, to Rosette Solutions. FormSubmit processes the fields needed to deliver the message. Its own terms and privacy practices also apply to that processing.

A web host, content-delivery provider, or security service may process routine request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. Rosette Solutions may also use service providers for email, document signatures, invoicing, hosting, or project delivery when an inquiry becomes an engagement.

This website does not collect payment-card details. If a client agrees to a project, Rosette Solutions may send a private Stripe invoice or payment link after the scope and paperwork are settled. Stripe handles payment information under its own terms.

Optional, privacy-conscious analytics

The site includes a lightweight analytics loader that remains inactive unless Rosette Solutions configures both an analytics endpoint and a website identifier. If enabled, it is intended for page views and selected interactions such as opening the inquiry form or following a main call to action.

The loader honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as implemented in the site. It is not given the contents of contact-form fields, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, or free-text descriptions. Rosette Solutions may use Umami for this purpose, either through a hosted service or a private installation.

The dark or light display choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember the preference on a later visit.

When information may be shared

Information may be shared with providers that help deliver the website or respond to the inquiry, with professional advisers when needed, or when disclosure is required to address legal process, fraud, safety, or misuse. Rosette Solutions may also transfer relevant records as part of a business reorganization or sale, subject to the obligations that apply at that time.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or meet an applicable legal obligation. The period depends on whether the message becomes an active conversation or client engagement.

Rosette Solutions takes reasonable administrative and technical care with information in its control. No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed secure, so sensitive production data should not be placed in the general inquiry form.

Your choices

You may ask Rosette Solutions to correct or delete information from a website inquiry. The request will be considered against recordkeeping, contractual, security, and legal needs. To make a request, open the inquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the description.

The site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. Rosette Solutions does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through this form.

Other websites and later changes

Links to an art collection, payment provider, social network, or another outside site lead to services Rosette Solutions does not control. Review their notices before submitting information there.

This notice may change as the website, form provider, analytics configuration, or business practices change. The date above will be revised when the published notice is updated.
